I love this game but it will not load to play. I have deleted the app and loaded it again. The game will not load to get to the screen to play. I miss not being able to play this game. 😕
Since the last update all my VIP Rewards/coins/etc are GONE. The entire section is missing from my store. I pay for the game to run without ads AND paid for the VIP ability to earn the prize bundle every Monday. <br/>PLEASE FIX.
Too much reshuffling of crystals, too many forced moves, not much chance to use strategy. Frozen’s Icy Shot was a superior game and I was sorry when it was discontinued.

I love this game a lot it’s very relaxing and makes me feel smart when I complete a challenging level i love the sound effects of the breaking crystals i also like all the fun power ups that make the whole thing a lot more satisfying and how the map is endless (it feels like) the reason why I gave this game four stars only is because of the whole “store” thing I would like that to be changed and that we could be able to pay for some major things with gold coins instead of real money cause we can’t spend life lounging and spending money on a video game please fix this so we can easily enjoy the game more (you can keep the big bundles that cost real money but the little things like one ice breaker or a few power ups like snowballs should be able to be bought through the game with game cash and not real money)

Hi! ☺️ I honestly LOVE 💕 this game! It’s so fun 🤩 there is so much to do on it. You know I’m a ten year old so it is hard to keep me busy for awhile but this game is sooooooooo fun 🤩 🫠🥴🫶👌🏼 this is one of my favorite games! Except Minecraft but I can not play that anymore but that is another story. Please please please please please pleasssssseeeee reply. Bye bye 👋 thank you 🙏
