Poor consumer Value

I have a subscription, so I would expect there to be proper links for subscriber content. Instead, there are teasers that tell you to sign up or simply links that don't go to the right page. Being vague to entice folks to buy your services isn't a long term solution, as you can see by your app rating.

Even as a paid subscriber you cannot access detailed reviews from the app. While we all got used to CR appliance reviews being unreliable at best, this app works like it was programmed by highschool students. On iPhone 4s it requires to exit the app and stop the background process to update content. And if you rotate the phone to landscape mode, a third of the screen stays white so you can read only 2,3 lines of text, disappointing..

Videos still crash

The description DOES say if you want information about a specific product you have to go to ConsumerReports.org, and this IS a free App; however, c'mon now, Consumer Reports!!!!!! What's the point of this app, and why bother???? I would gladly pay for an App with a "search" feature!!!'. As it is, you have to scroll through a whole lot of random info to by chance maybe you might possibly find something useful for you. This one is a time waster and I doubt I'll keep it installed. Create an App I can actually use where I can focus in on a specific item and I'm there!

This app is OK, but is missing a HUGELY obvious feature - the ability for paid subscribers to log in to the full online database, just like you can with the mobile web app. The web app is decent, but suffers from the usual mobile web limitations. Native iPhone app with login please!

Well the anti-iPhone geniuses have done it again...no audio or volume controls on the videos. I'm sure somehow it's Apple's fault. How can they criticize a tech device when their own embedded player and clips fail to have audio controls?<br/>Losing interest in this biased group.
