Once you get used to what it does and what it's supposed to do, it works very well.

I would rate as great if; one had the ability to look up any CR item. <br/><br/>We have subscribed to CR for over 20 years, it would be a great app if one could get the reviews like the annual issue that covers everything reviewed that year.
Limited models available and crashes when trying to compare them.
Never uploads new issues only a fraction of info online
The app is exactly as described. Allows you to scan product barcodes in store and automatically search for CR reviews. However, unless you really "need" the scanning functionality, the information is basically the same as that available on the consumerreports.org mobile website with your online subscription.
The free Savvy Shopper foes better job.
