8 of 25Does not work, recognizes TV sometimes, but won't connect. Tells me I need 2.0, then after downloading it says my TV doesn't support it. Very disappointing from a "smart" TV.
Doesn't work on the iPhone 5S. The app said that it couldn't find the WiFi. But my son could get his SAMSUNG ph to change my channels. Waste of time.
Worst version to date. If you are on any other HDMI input than you get no volume control. What's the point of having a tv remote app with no volume control? My Apple TV has an app I don't need "smart" view to control my Apple TV or any other external device.

Things like this make me regret buying a Samsung, a manufacturer I really used to have faith in.
Tells me my tv is to new for this app and to download smart view 2.0. Well smartview 2.0 says My tv isn't supported.....
Nothing on the app works! Why even release it?
It seems like a great app, but it has some logic issues. I downloaded it because my Samsung TV remote was failing. When it found my TV, it asked me to confirm by selecting "allow" on the TV. Unfortunately, I couldn't because my remote wasn't working.
Funcional para controlar la televisión, sin embargo la aplicación tiene bug al intentar ver lo que está pasando en la televisión "view" en streaming y crash la aplicación. Favor de corregir ese Bug (crash)
Unbelievable. The update seems to remove all the tv remote controls. Now you can only cast videos and photos from your phone to the tv. What an awful update..
