App no longer works with iOS 13.7

I recently started to rescue my Samsung camera from 2012 and I can’t use this app at all. Please update the app so that it can work in 2023!!!!! I wanna transfer my photos to my phone plsssss

I find buying Samsung products is like buying toilet paper. Use once and flush. This app opens up but has so many broken quirks, just to get it to work on iOS, it just fails outright.<br/><br/>I’d list all the disappointments I’ve had with Samsung, but 7 years later and this app doesn’t work any better than it did day 1. I’m not sure what I was expecting but at the very least write an app to replace this one, with some support of the older cameras. Quit just dumping products after launch. Make an effort!

Ok, I know it’s an old camera, but this app now does not connect at all any more. It says I have to use a supported application. Basically all of the network functionality of the Samsung NX-1000 has bit-rotten to oblivion. Time to buy a new camera? Yes. But not a Samsung.

This app worked for a few months, then suddenly stopped and now the app tells me that my smart camera is no longer supported even though it has mobile link directly on it to share with this useless app. I’ve purchased 2 Samsung products in my life and had trouble with both, so I’m done with Samsung.

I started using my camera again and I’m trying to download my pictures from the camera to my phone and the app does not work with iPhones . They need to update this app ASAP to be compatible with the app . The app closes immediately and says not compatible to connect to wifi but it’s connected

This use to work years ago and love it but now it doesn’t. This is first I tried again after years thought it might have been fixed, disappointed!!!! Please fix or unfix to make it work with older cameras!!! Again
