8 of 25The picture is cut off b/c it will not show on landscape only portrait! Needs to be fixed or refun our money!
Incorrect orientation makes the game impossible to play.
I love this and the San Francisco games. Wish there were more for the iPad

June. 2014. Since the iPad upgrade, I haven't been able to play this game. It only plays in portrait, not landscape, cutting off about 1/3 of the picture. Am I doing something wrong????
just downloaded and screen is stuck in portrait mode leaving the game unplayable. reviews suggest this is an ongoing and unaddressed problem. will wait for a response from the developer then have my credit card company reverse the charges if not fixed.
This is one of my favorite Hidden Object Games. Enjoyed it the first time and every other time I have played it. Looking forward to the sequel!!!!
I first bought Big City Adventures San Francisco which had a rotation problem which could be overcome with a few clicks in the app. New York is the same way but once you get through the game is great
Big fish must be so busy counting their millions in game sales that they forgot to consider updating games from time to time when needed. This game switches immediately to portrait view, cutting off a portion of the screen when you attempt to play it. It looks like it a fun game but I, and many others who have made this same complaint, may never know unless Big Fish gets its act together and corrects the problem. By the way, it happens on the Big City Adventure San Francisco, as well. Come on Big Fish, we've paid for your games and you have an obligation to make them function!!
Has the wrong orientation when it starts so you only see half the screen. Lame!
