8 of 25What kind of game is this? They make up their own words, have no definitions but saying it a legit wwf word and misspell words! Come on…
I’ve played this version since 2011, even paid not to have ads. Since I am being forced to update to version 2 due to this version being phased out, I won’t pay to play any other versions since I’m loosing interest in how bad this game is designed. It’s been fun while it lasted but I’m done!
Now, after playing this game for quite a number of years we are constantly barraged with royal match it's annoying to say the least not to mention the freezing aspect. Please change your format., if I wanted to play the game I can pull it up myself. To play future wwf's game is becoming not so friendly and in fact boring. Pretty soon I will be off loading to find another enjoyable source. I'm certain not the only player who feels that s way. Thank you
I like this game but the ads have gotten ridiculous. They are a minute or more long, after every turn. And the ad free version is $10/ month. That’s crazy.
As someone who played this game religiously and encouraged my friends to play, I’m extremely disappointed with some of their “premium” deals.

My friend and I started playing words with friends about 2 weeks before deciding we wanted to upgrade to the premium package. Once we upgraded we had a whole bunch on advantages such as extra chests, new tiles, free reloadable tickets, and last but not least no ad gameplay. (If you play WWF you know how awful their ads get. It’s so consistent that in order to actually play you have to get the premium pass to get rid of the ads) HOWEVER, little did my friend and I know that when purchasing the $12.99 premium package it was only for the 27 days that the theme was there for. Not only were we not informed it wasn’t lasting forever but we didn’t even get the full 27 days it listed for. If you’re wondering as to why we presumed it would last forever that’s because the $9.99 package said “ad free for 30 days” while the $12.99 package said “ad free gameplay” which is very misleading. After looking at the fine details of the $12.99 package that’s when it mentioned “ad free gameplay for 30 days”. My only complaint is how misleading this game can be. Only showing the ad free gameplay for 30 days on the $9.99 and not the $12.99 is really frustrating. I would’ve never bought the $12.99 package if I knew it was only gonna last.
…promptly deleted after first 5 minutes. They over developed this game and it’s unrecognizable and full of ads.
Hí. Word with friends,

Don’t get rid this app. I love this game so much I enjoy playing this game and everything .

Patrick O’Came
I loved loved loved this game, until I attempted to connect my fb account and it logged me out of the system, in which I am unsure of the email address I used to create the account.
The contacted customer service for assistance with logging back into the account, I provided all the information they required (except the email address that I am unsure of) and they are no help at all.
It’s like I’m speaking to a robot that just continues to ask for the email address I used.
I’m am unsure why he is unable to use the username, and all other details he required. It has been a hassle and at this point I would just like a $12.00 refund, in which I paid to have ads removed (on the account that I am no longer able to log into
